SUBJECT: COVID-19 and Ohio Department of Health Amended Stay at Home Order

The health and well-being of our team members, clients, and community remains our priority. O’Reilly Office is open and we are committed to serve our clients and keep projects moving forward. Our employees have been successfully working from home since March 17, 2020. And in response to the newly amended Ohio Department of Public Health’s Stay at Home Order, our employees will remain working from home through May 1, 2020. O’Reilly Office falls under the Essential Business Exception so we will continue with furniture installations for essential businesses only. Our installation crews are following the social distancing and safety protocols that are outlined in the State’s Stay at Home order, as well as any additional safety measures that are required onsite by our clients.

Our team is busy working on existing and new projects so that we are ‘ready to go’ when the order is lifted, and business is back to normal. We’ve had great success keeping in touch via phone, video conferencing and email. Everyone has been so understanding of the situation and we are reminded daily of what a pleasure it is to work with our clients. We decided to not have guests in the showroom for everyone’s well-being, but we have the tools in place to provide a virtual tour of the space if requested.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We are still able to provide design services, budget and timeline planning for any of your upcoming projects. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your business and partnership. As always, we will be in touch with any new information.

Best regards,

Sincerely,
Thomas O’Reilly
President
